Where do I find the Auto Numbering icon Button for excel? in Excel General Questions

Question

	I have developed an order book on excel. I used to have a button that when applied gave me sequential numbers, so each order was unique. After a computer crash I have set up again but cannot locate the button on any of the tool bars. Any advice please? Regards Chris

Answer

You must have had an add-in loaded. XL doesn't have that function. You
can do something similar using the techniques here:
