  Question
On the forms toolbar, there are several icons which are unavailable,
including edit box, control properties, and code.

How do I activate these?

  Answer
Not possible, use the control toolbox instead, forms toolbar is just there
to be compatible with pre-97 excel and although there are some usable parts
of it the greyed out ones are not available

I have a number of macros and had icon buttons representing their function.
Where did they go? How can I make new ones? And where is the list of files
I've been using?
