Can you please clarify how you change the look of a calendar. My calendar is
now displaying individual lines with names and dates (limited to only a month
at a time) rather than the full view calendar with each individual boxed day
that can be viewed by day, week or month. There is no option called hide or
reply under my view drop down as referred to in your email to this question
asked previously.

Thank you.

I need to better explain my last statement -- I can not seem use the option
hide or reply in this view of the post-it to do anything to show previous
answers.

And I referred to no option called hide or reply. The view options are on
the View menu. Perhaps you need to invoke the View | Current View |
Day/Week/Month command.
