  Question
My boss uses Outlook2003 and wants to have icons on his shared calendar for
events such as a cake for birthdays etc. Can we import icons to the shared
company calendar so that when he opens it, he sees them for each event?

  Answer
No. You can't do it for items on his personal calendar either.
