How do I delete someone else's name in "Other Calendars"? in Outlook Calendaring

  Question
  I used to have access to a previous manager's calendar and her name appears
in my "Other Calendars" folder on the left task pane for Outlook. She has
taken away my ability to see her calendar but I don't know how to eliminate
her name from appearing in the list of Other Calendars I have access to.

  Right click on it and choose Remove from list?
