I need >> > written >> > instructions on how to do this to pass around to everyone. >>     Was this post helpful to you?         Reply |   Top           Karl Timmermans 10/20/2006 11:09 PM PST   Answer   Simple process and applies to copying contacts from one folder to another whether Outlook or Exchange: #1 - Open the contact list you want to copy from #2 - Highlight the contacts you want to copy to your target folder (using standard drag 'n drop rules) a) highlight first contact - hold down shift key - move mouse down to end of list and highlight that contact - all contacts in between will become highlighted --- OR --- b) hold down Ctrl key - highlight individual contacts #3 - To copy selected contacts - hold down CTRL key and move selected contacts to the target folder #4 - done *** if you right click on the source contact folder and select "Copy Folder" - you'll end up with a sub-folder entry containing the contacts in the target folder. One word of advice - don't try and copy several hundreds of contacts at one time.
