I am not aware of Outlook itself having limit but you if ISP will at times
have limits to provent spam as well as other reasons. If use a server there
may be limits there as well and would check with your IT department.
There are tools available to do email blast check out www.slipstick.com, it
has some referenced.

Thank you for the prompt response. I am still a bit confused. We use BT who
have a 100 limit.
However, if I am using mail merge then surely each email is different and
therefore not seen spam?
