  Question
When I follow the directions provided by Microsoft. I end up with my vCard as
an attachment at the top of my email rather as an attachment in the
signature block?

  Answer
Then you have 2003. That's how attachments look in 2003.

that's OK - each version tends to do things a bit differently. The way it
shows attachments also depends on whether you send in HTML, Rich Text or
Plain Text format.

When I worked for a previous employer, I think we were able to send vcards in
our signature block. Do you know which version allows you to do that?
