Instead of going to "My Documents" all the time I want to go to a netwotk share when I need to attach a file to an email. The solution is simple for me. I am using my Word 2007 as my editor so I openerd Word and clicked on the Office button at the top left of the screen, went to Word Options - Save and changed the "Default File Location".
