I needed a work contact list in Outlook Contacys. So, I added a folder to my contact list, named it 'work contacts' and began entering information. It worked fine as long as I was on my desktop. But I need to sync it to my iPAQ PDA, Pocket PC. While my personal contacts sync just fine, how do I sync the contact folder, so I can view it on my PDA? When I go to Options, I don't fine Work Contacts nor do I find a way to add it so I can sync it. Thanks for your help. You might need to switch to an application that can handle multiple folders. See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/olpda.htm for some of what's available. You can set the time scale to use smaller periods (like 15 min) and outlook will begin at the start of the biz day.
