  Question
I accidentally deleted one occurrence of a recurring appointment. Although I
know how to restore individual appointments, none of the deleted recurring
appointments appear in my Deleted Items folder.

Does anyone know the trick?

  Answer
A recurring appointment will appear as a single item in Deleted Items. Drag
it back into your Calendar.

Outlook never generates lots of appointments for recurring ones - the single
entry knows is recurs.

I restored a cancelled recurring appointment, however all of my notes I had
saved in the past appointments are now gone. Is there any way to get them
back?

No. If you need to make notes, copy the meeting and put the notes in it -
this breaks it into a single meeting on that date and the notes will be
safe.

How about if I am the meeting organizer...
I tried to drag the meeting back onto my calander and it says "As the
meeting organizer, you do not need to respond to the meeting." BUT it is not
on my calendar.

Were you ever able to restore the meeting to your calendar? I have done the
same thing and can't get the meeting back on my calendar. It is a recurring
meeting with a lot of different times, dates and invitees.
