  Can I automatically reply to incoming messages while out of the office if I
am using POP3 e-mail account?

  Only when you keep Outlook open 24/7. You can create a rule that responds to
all mail. You might want to check the webbased mail client provided by your
ISP. Many of them offer automatec responses.

Sure, but you'll have to leave your Outlook running while you're gone. See
