  Question
  I am eedig to add a simple splach page to my website. I uderstad that I can
create web pages with powerpoint, but can I make a .swf file with it or some
other MS Office 2003 product?

  Answer
  You will need 3rd party programs such as Articulate Presenter to convert ppt
to flash. Check this out:
