a) Your show's probably set up in Kiosk mode; otherwise, you could advance to
the next slide with the spacebar, mouse, arrow keys, etc.
b) But to get rid of the buttons on the lower left, choose Tools, Options, the
View tab, remove the check next to "Show popup toolbar" and click OK.
Now if you're in Kiosk mode, you'll have no way at ALL of navigating, so you'll
want to go to the Slide Master and add some nav buttons, most likely.
