FP03 WSS 3.0 Edits compatable? in SharePoint Server Design and Customization

  Question
  Get an error; "This website has been configured to disallow editing with
Front Page Contact your site administrator for more information" when
attempting to edit my recently upgraded STS 3.0 site. I check in cent
administration and it is set to allow. I looked online and saw some
references to WSS 3.0 not allowing FP03 to edit and that I need Share Point
Designer or Expression to do it now can anyone confirm this?

  that is correct. FP 2003 won't work with WSS 3.
