If you have Excel 2003, or an earlier version, you can File, Save As Web
Page, click Add Interactivity, choose the ranges, sheets you want to
publish, check AutoUpdate and whenever the Excel file gets opened and
changed, the updates will change the HTML page. Save the HTML in a doc
library in SharePoint, then use a Web Part page with the Page Viewer web
part to display the Excel chart.
