  Question
We are looking into using InfoPath and SharePoint to turn just about all of
our forms into electronic docs and I had a few questions about exactly which
products I need to accomplish this. What we want is to be able to have all
of our sales reps fill out their forms online, submit them and be able to
track them. We want to know who read each form and when it was read. We
also want to be able to publish our forms online and finally we want to let
our customer service people read the forms so they can process the orders.

Besides a few copies of InfoPath, what other software do I need to have this
functionality? Can I do all of this with SharePoint Services, or do I need
SharePoint Server? What does our customer service crew need to view the
orders the sales reps submit?

Thanks!

Microsoft Office InfoPath Forms Services available in Office
SharePoint Server 2007 Enterprise CAL or for Internet sites and
Microsoft Office Forms Server 2007.

Regarding tracking the forms: I'm not sure if you can track who read
the form using standard behavior. Maybe you could use a workflow for
that purpose
