I grabbed a SQL Server guy and the easier method is to amend the *Service*
MSSQLServer Logon to the same account as the SharePoint Timer Service !

Mike and SQL Server guy!
Thanks it works! I got 1300 (old) alerts within 30 seconds :-) after I changed
account! So works fine!
