  Answer
Click TOOLS on the Word menu and select AUTOCORRECT. On the AUTOCORRRECT
tab, turn off the CAPITALIZE THE FIRST LETTER OF SENTENCES check box. Click
OK to exit.

  Maria,
Stop hitting the Enter key at what you believe is the end of each line. Just
keep typing. Word will start a new line when the first is filled-no new
caps. That's the purpose of a 'word processing' program. Inserting new words
is so much easier that having to mess with things manually.

Also, stop pressing the Enter key at the end of each line. Let Word wrap
your text for you. You are beginning a new paragraph each time you press the
Enter key. Since paragraphs start with new sentences, Word is being helpful
and capitalizing for you. You can also press Ctrl-Z to undo the
capitalization right after it happens.
