Click the drawing object or table cell that contains the text you want to change. On the Format menu, click Text Direction. Click the orientation you want. You do this using Format | Text Direction or with the Text Direction button that may appear on a floating toolbar or contextual Ribbon tab when you select the object. -- Suzanne S.
