  Question
I am trying to format a report covering many pages. I need the same
information on the left side of each page that includes a logo. This also
needs to be able to be change for subsequent documents - as in a
header/footer. Does anyone know how to format a document similar to this?

  Answer
You create a text box or frame anchored to the header paragraph. See the
"More complex letterhead" section of
