  Question
I have a list of names on a page in Word '97 and I want to sort them
alphabetically. I blocked them and then looked around in "tools" etc. for
the tool that must exist for this purpose, but couldn't find it. There's
nothing in the Word Help index either, so far as I can see.

Thanks in advance for any help on this.

  Answer
  Don:

Simply highlight your text and then click on table and sort and select
whether you want ascending or descending sort. I hope this is helpful to you.
