  Question
I want to send a list to someone in another city by email. She wants to add
to it and edit it then send it back so I can also add to it. Is that
possible? when I email it to her she can save it but not work with it.

Yes, if you send it as an attachment, and in a format
she is able to edit. She edits it, then mails it back
to you; again, as an attachment.
