If you're just trying to keep them arranged/aligned relative to each other make certain that each has Text Wrapping applied, size & arrange them, select all 4 & Group them. The grouped object can be reformatted as In Line with Text or positioned in a Text Box/Table Cell/Frame... But there are variable involved so it's hard to say for sure what specific options are available without more detail.
