Word 2003 can't read charts from MS Oragnisation in Word 2000? in Word Drawing and Graphics

  Question
  Word 2000 has a charting facility, MS Organisation. Word 2003 unfortunately
doesn't read oragnisation charts prepeared this way, which is strange as the
facility existed in Word 2000.

created in Office 2000 or in an earlier version of Office".
