How do you format the toolbar to inches? in Word New Users

  Question
  In my format for word, it states that the toolbar is set to inches, yet it
does not show inches when I bring word up. How do I format it, to where it
actually shows in inches so that I can use the toolbar for measurement with
inches?

  Thank you so much!!! it is fixed now. That has been driving me crazy for
months!
