  Suggestion for Microsoft
I understand that it is possible to create a distribution list in my
contacts, but I don't understand why it is not possible to use this feature
in business contact manager. What is the purpose of having a program to
manage my contacts which is not as useful/efficient in all aspects as the
normal option in outlook?

You can create distribution lists. Any lists that you already had will no
longer work as they are pointing to records in OUTLOOK and not in BUSINESS
CONTACT MANAGER. Simply reselect any names by using the BUSINESS CONTACT
MANAGER address book (rather than the CONTACTS address book) and it will work.

Any new distribution lists you set up just need the address book pointed to
BCM to select records.
