Self-extracting EXE file installs the Office 2000 SR-1 Setup program (Setup.exe version 9.0.3821) on your computer. The default location is C:\Program Files\ORKTools\Download\Tools\Setup.
Note Setupsr1.exe replaces the previous download Setupchn.exe, which contained Setup.exe version 9.0.2710. The new Office 2000 SR-1 Setup program incorporates all previous enhancements from Setup.exe version 9.0.2710. In addition, Setup.exe version 9.0.3821 includes new functionality necessary to update existing client installations of Office 2000 to SR-1.
Office 2000 SR-1a replaces the original Office 2000 SR-1 administrator update and includes enhancements for Windows 2000 users. If you have not yet deployed the update, download this version. For more information, see Office 2000 Service Release 1a Now Available in the Office Resource Kit Journal.
Two versions of the Office 2000 SR-1a administrator update are available. To update your Office 2000 administrative installation point on the network, download Data1.exe into a new folder on your computer and double-click to extract Data1.msp. Then use Windows Installer to apply the update to the Office 2000 administrative image.
