Whether you run Exchange Server in-house or outsource your e-mail through a service provider, Exchange Hosted Services better protect your messaging environment, while reducing IT cost and complexity.
All prices below are based on estimated retail pricing (per user, per month licensing). This pricing would apply to a small business with as few as five users; pricing is lower for increased seat counts.

Below is the step-by-step process for ordering and activating any or all of the Exchange Hosted Services.
Sign an agreement for one of the licensing programs listed above. Once an agreement has been signed (or if an existing agreement is already in place), place an order through a Microsoft reseller partner.
Once Microsoft receives the order from the reseller partner, Microsoft's operations team will send an automated e-mail to the Notice's Contact (i.e., the signatory indicated on licensing agreement). This e-mail will instruct to request service activation through Microsoft's online portal where the customer will fill in the necessary information required to provision the service(s).
Once the activation form has been completed in its entirety and submitted, Microsoft will respond to the Notices Contact within two business days if there is an issue with the information submitted, such as an invalid agreement number or a mismatch between the information submitted through the activation portal and the order placed. The customer will be responsible for submitting the correct information before the service can be activated.
If the activation information was submitted correctly, Microsoft will contact the Technical Contact within five business days to provision and activate the service(s).
