About Microsoft Online Services Support

Topic Last Modified: 2012-12-17

The Microsoft Online Services Support team is available to help your company’s service administrators get the most out of Microsoft Online Services.

Types of Microsoft Online Services Support

Microsoft Online Services provides several different types of support to your company’s Microsoft Online Services service administrator. Service administrators can access these support options from the Support tab of the Microsoft Online Services Administration Center. From this tab service administrators can do the following:

  • Search the Microsoft Online Services Knowledge Base articles. For more information, see Search for Help on a Feature or Issue.
  • Download software for distribution to the users in their companies.
  • Submit and manage service requests. For more information, see Create a Service Request.
  • Connect to the Microsoft Online Services TechCenter, community forums, and the Microsoft Online Services team blog. For more information, see Contact Microsoft Online Services.

Who Can Access Microsoft Online Services Support

Individuals who have been designated as service administrators can access the Administration Center; search the Knowledge Base; and open, modify, and close service requests. All users can access the Microsoft Online Services TechCenter, the community forums, and the Microsoft Online Services team blog.

When to Create a Service Request

You can find answers to many common problems by referring to the topics in the Knowledge Base and by reviewing the Microsoft Online Services Help topics. Use the Search Support Knowledge Base feature on the Overview page of the Support tab, or click the Search tab, to search for help on a specific Microsoft Online Services feature or issue.

If you do not find an answer for your issue, create a service request. Service requests will be addressed by the Microsoft Online Services support staff.
