Contact Technical Support
The Microsoft Online Services Technical Support team provides assistance to people with service administrator permissions for their company’s Microsoft Online Services. Service administrators are expected to provide assistance for their company’s Microsoft Online Services end users.
- If you received your Microsoft Online Services subscription from Microsoft, you can contact Technical Support as described in the following sections.
- If you received your subscription from a partner, contact the partner. For contact information, refer to your partner documentation or the Support tab of the Microsoft Online Services Administration Center.
- If you are a Premier Support customer, take advantage of the benefits of your Premier Support agreement by contacting Premier Support or your Technical Account Manager.
In addition to contacting Technical Support, all users can post comments or ask questions about specific topics by using the Microsoft Online Services forums and the Microsoft Online Services blog.

Two Ways to Contact Microsoft Online Services Technical Support
If you have service administrator permissions for your company’s Microsoft Online Services, there are two ways that you can contact Technical Support.
File a Service Request
If you are a service administrator, you can file a service request from the Support tab of the Microsoft Online Services Administration Center. When the Technical Support team receives a service request, they begin working on your issue, and they may contact you for more information. You can track the progress of your service request in the Microsoft Online Services Administration Center.

To speak with a Technical Support engineer by phone, locate the country or region that you are calling from in the following list, call the appropriate phone number, and then select the option for Technical Support.
