Contact Technical Support

Topic Last Modified: 2012-12-17

The Microsoft Online Services Technical Support team provides assistance to people with service administrator permissions for their company’s Microsoft Online Services. Service administrators are expected to provide assistance for their company’s Microsoft Online Services end users.

  • If you received your Microsoft Online Services subscription from Microsoft, you can create a service request as described below.
  • If you received your subscription from a partner, contact the partner. For contact information, refer to your partner documentation or the Support tab of the Microsoft Online Services Administration Center.
  • If you are a Premier Support customer, take advantage of the benefits of your Premier Support agreement by contacting Premier Support or your Technical Account Manager.

In addition to filing a service request, all users can use the Microsoft Online Services community forums and the Microsoft Online Services Team Blog.

File a Service Request

If you are a service administrator, you can file a service request from the Support tab of the Microsoft Online Services Administration Center. When the Technical Support team receives a service request, they begin working on your issue, and they may contact you for more information. You can track the progress of your service request in the Microsoft Online Services Administration Center.

For more information about creating a service request, see Create a Service Request.
