To schedule a Live Meeting

  1. In the Microsoft Online Services Sign In application, on the Home tab, click Web Conferencing.

  2. On the My Home page, under Meet, click Schedule Meeting.

  3. In the Schedule Meeting window, fill out the form.

  4. To send meeting invitations to attendees and presenters and to schedule your meeting, click Send Invitations.
