My Company Portal is the Web site provided by Microsoft Online Services for you to access company services. You can also use My Company Portal to download required software. In addition to serving as a starting point for software and services, My Company Portal provides help for using Microsoft Online Services in the form of links to Help content and tips.

About My Company Portal

To access My Company Portal, in the Microsoft Online Services Sign In application, click My Company Portal. You can also type the URL for My Company Portal directly into your Web browser. To find the URL for My Company Portal, see URLs for Microsoft Online Services.

My Company Portal includes a Home page and a Downloads page.

From the Home page of My Company Portal, you can:

  • Access e-mail and calendar information using Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access (OWA) and Microsoft Exchange Online.
  • Share information on company intranet sites created with SharePoint Online.
  • Launch a Web conference using Microsoft Office Live Meeting.
  • Get tips on how to use OWA and work with SharePoint Online intranet sites.

From the Downloads page, you can download the software needed to install the services. You can also download optional software, such as the trial version of Microsoft Office Professional 2007, which works with Microsoft Online Services.

To access My Company Portal, on the Home tab of the Sign In application, click My Company Portal.
