Topic Last Modified: 2009-03-25

The Microsoft Online Services Administration Center provides the status of service requests for your company. It also has a wizard to help you modify service requests. Users who have been designated as service administrators can log on to the Administration Center and modify service requests.

To check the status or edit a service request

  1. In the Administration Center, click the Support tab, and then click Service Requests.

The Active Service Requests pane displays all active service requests.

  2. In the Views pane, click the item you want to view.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • Click the title of the service request.
    • Select the check box next to an active service request, and then click Edit service request.
  4. Click the Notes, Information, or Details tab.

In most cases, the most detailed status information appears on the Notes tab.

  5. To edit the service request, add notes and edit details.

  6. If you have modified your service request, do one of the following:

    • Click Save to save your changes.
    • Click Cancel to exit without making changes.
