To set user preferences in Live Meeting

  1. In the Microsoft Online Services Sign In application, on the Home tab, click Web Conferencing.

  2. On the My Home page, under Manage, click User Preferences.

  3. Fill out the form to add or change the information in Personal Information, Password, Display Options, and Recording Access.

  4. Click OK.
