Microsoft Rental Rights Agreement

1. Print out two (2) original copies.
   
   
2. Both copies of the agreement should be filled out and signed by the business owner of the Internet Café
   
   i.e. CEO/Managing Director etc and noted as the “Primary Contact”. “Notice Contact” is an optional field for alternate contacts to receive notification i.e. other business managers etc.
   
   
3. All fields indicated with an asterisk (*) must be filled out clearly by the Internet Café signatory.
   Agreements will be returned if not completely filled out correctly.

5. Please allow 3-6 weeks of processing. Microsoft will return one (1) copy of the signed agreement to the Internet Café.
