Microsoft Philippines, Inc. Together with the Philippine Olympic Committee, has launched a nationwide campaign dubbed as OLYMPINOY – a campaign that celebrates the spirit of nationalism through sports. It encourages the whole nation to contribute to the empowerment of our Filipino athletes competing in the upcoming Beijing 2008 Olympics.

To empower our Filipino athletes, Microsoft has generously pledged a P1 Million donation to POC. Furthermore, Microsoft has also committed a portion of their genuine Microsoft OEM license sales from March-June 2008 to build a cash post for their athletes. The athlete who brings home a gold medal will also bring home the cash pot!

OEM, or Original Equipment Manufacturer, is the cheapest genuine Microsoft license available and is purchased together with a new PC.
