A “Mobile Device” is a portable hardware product with integrated wireless network connectivity, such as a cellular phone, handheld Internet appliance, or personal digital assistant. The term “Mobile Device” does not include (i) devices lacking integrated wireless network connectivity, (ii) devices that are not intended to be, or are not practically, portable; and/or (iii) general purpose personal computers, computer servers, or other hardware products designed to run PC Software. For the avoidance of doubt, Mobile Devices do not include set top boxes, game consoles or connected video displays.
