Senior ISVs Tele Partner Account Manager

Meet or exceed plan revenue and satisfaction goals with assigned partners through all levels of 1: many sales activation;

Conduct well structured calls while managing to appropriate call metrics: availability, accessibility, duration, accuracy, and satisfaction;

Conclude call with proper wrap-up and documentation in call center activity report;

Recruiting new Partners for cooperation based on Microsoft’s platform;

Prepare for calls utilizing available tools, reports, previous call open items requiring follow-up, and business insights to enable a mutually productive Partner call;

Be prepared to clearly articulate the value proposition of current and future products, offers, and incentives regarding MS developer platform;

Create and manage the attainment of business plans;

Maintain up to date partner control files, which include relevant information about the Partner’s line of business that would enable value creation on future calls;

Prepare partner-specific readiness guidance to ensure Microsoft Partner Program features and benefits are fully utilized to achieve Partner and Company business goals;

Drive Partner competencies and Microsoft platform adoption;

Leverage recognized areas of expertise within the Work Group to deliver greater value and 1: many sales activation programs.
