Eric Boustouller is Area Vice President (AVP) for Microsoft Western Europe and Corporate Vice President. In this role, Boustouller is responsible for overseeing sales, marketing and services across 14 countries in the region. Since 2005, he has served as the Area Vice President for Microsoft France and Vice President of Microsoft International. He joined Microsoft from Compaq in July 2002 as Deputy CEO for France. As a member of the Management Committee, Boustouller managed the large enterprise (private and public) business in France. Prior to this he worked for Compaq, where he ran EMEA Marketing Communications and Partner Development, amongst other roles.
Eric Boustouller has established strong thought leadership for Microsoft in France, by focusing on the local impact of Microsoft in the country and advocating the power of technology for the digital economy. Eric holds a degree from the Paris Institut d'Etudes Politiques and is a Knight of the French Legion d’Honneur. Since 2011, he has also served as President of the American Chamber of Commerce in France. He is married and has two children.
