Tim Murray and Jon Roskill, Microsoft’s Corporate Vice President, Business & Marketing Organization, Announce the People’s Choice Award Winner — Team Aurora Borealis; the Mobile Award Winner — Team Safe Teen Driving; and the top three U.S. finalist teams advancing to Round 2 of the event — Teams MangoBunnies, MultiPoint Web and Special Child.

In the Software Design category, Team MultiPoint Web won grand prize for their Web-based learning activities application. Team MangoBunnies and Team Special Child received first and second runner-up, respectively, for their Computer-Assisted Medication Regimen Adherence (CAMRA) and adoption assistance applications.
