Michael DelmanCorporate Vice President, Global Marketing, Interactive Entertainment Business Updated: September 24, 2008 As corporate vice president of global marketing for Microsoft Corp.'s Interactive Entertainment Business, Michael Delman is responsible for the Xbox 360, Xbox LIVE, Xbox 360 games and Games for Windows brands. He manages product management, product marketing, market intelligence, advertising, public relations, events and relationship marketing for the entire Xbox 360 business. With nearly two decades of global marketing experience at Microsoft, Delman has worked across various business sectors and regions. He joined Microsoft in 1990 as director of corporate communications, responsible for advertising, collateral, point of sale, direct marketing and worldwide packaging for the entire Microsoft product line. Delman later became the director of marketing for Microsoft EMEA, focusing on pan-European distribution strategy, pricing, licensing, market research and public relations. He also served as general manager of the MSN Internet access business. Most recently, Delman managed worldwide marketing operations, data and analytics, advertising, relationship marketing and events for the Central Marketing Group. Before joining Microsoft, Delman was a vice president at Ogilvy & Mather and NW Ayer. Delman earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in business from the University of Southern California. He served on the Seattle Children's Hospital Foundation board of directors for nearly a decade, and currently sits on the Seattle Children's Hospital board of trustees.
