AAs Corporate Vice President, Enterprise & Partner Group, Russia, India and China, Jens Winther Moberg was responsible for developing and growing Microsoft's enterprise business in these three critical markets. In his role, Moberg was responsible for Microsoft's strategy, product offerings, local organization as well as the entire partner ecosystem in Russia, India and China.

Prior to assuming this role in July 2005, Moberg was responsible for revenue growth and attainment of Microsoft's more than 2,500-person U.S. Enterprise team while driving high levels of satisfaction among the more than 3,500 U.S. Enterprise accounts and managed enterprise partners. Before moving to the United States in September 2005, Moberg was the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Asia) Vice President and Regional Director for Western Europe. In this capacity, Moberg was responsible for Microsoft's business in the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Finland, Luxemburg and Ireland, where he led EMEA in growth during his tenure. In addition, Moberg brought a strong focus to sales, services and partner integration. He supported Italy in receiving worldwide recognition for leadership in sales and services integration while maintaining high partner satisfaction.

Moberg began his career at Microsoft in 1995, when he established Microsoft's consulting services in the Nordic region (Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland). After two years, he took on the responsibility of Marketing Director for the Nordic countries. In August 1998, he was appointed General Manager of Microsoft Denmark. Moberg held a series of roles with increasing responsibility, including Regional Director for the Nordic and Baltics countries, Regional Director for Central and Southern Europe and promotion to EMEA Vice President.

Moberg is a strong believer in diversity and an advocate for improving effectiveness by focusing on self awareness. He has experience growing Enterprise markets across the spectrum (mature to emerging), and he brings a strong focus on helping people - internally and externally - reach their potential. While in EMEA, he served as EMEA Executive Sponsor for Diversity and Work/Life Balance.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Moberg held sales, service and leadership positions at IBM for 10 years. The last position he held at IBM was with IT Consulting and Application Development, a member of IBM's Global Services where he led their practices within IT strategy and Application Development.

Moberg holds a degree in marketing from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark, and has participated in a number of executive development programs.
