Mindy MountCorporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Entertainment and Devices Division Updated: July 7, 2007 As chief financial officer of the Entertainment and Devices Division at Microsoft and corporate vice president of the Operations and Finance Group, Mindy Mount is responsible for the division's manufacturing and supply chain operations as well as all strategic planning, business development, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis activities for the division. Mount joined Microsoft in May 2006, bringing a mix of planning experience and financial strategy to the Entertainment and Devices Division. Most recently, she was executive vice president and co-managing director of AOL UK, responsible for advertising, programming, strategy, business development and finance. Before working with AOL UK, Mount was the vice president of corporate strategy and development at Time Warner, and before joining Time Warner she was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley. Mount received a master's degree in business administration from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration and a bachelor's of business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She sits on the board of directors for the University of Wisconsin Foundation and serves as an advisor to the students in the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business Applied Corporate Finance program. She is also on the advisory board of the Women's Student Association at Harvard Business School and is on the board of directors of Rainier Scholars in Seattle.
