REDMOND, Wash. — December 19, 2007 — Microsoft Corp. today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share.  The dividend is payable March 13, 2008 to shareholders of record on February 21, 2008. The ex-dividend date will be February 19, 2008.
