The Sign In Tool allows end-users to access all of their Microsoft Online Services applications after signing in only once.
The User Portal allows Microsoft Online Services to be accessed securely from any location with Internet access.
IT administrators can access the Microsoft Online Services home page to add or delete users, update distribution lists in Exchange Online, create and configure portal sites in Microsoft SharePoint Online, and download software, among other tasks.
Activity pane helps you keep track of what’s happening in your Workspace, and e-mail notifications ensure that you always know when the people you share your Workspace with make updates.
A new Share Workspace UI lets you easily invite others to your Workspace. You can quickly add people from your Windows Live address book, contacts from Windows Live Hotmail and Windows Live Messenger, and people you have shared with before. You can also include more details in your invitations with the larger message box.
The Add multiple documents button makes it is easier than ever to bring your documents into a Workspace by browsing and selecting files from your computer or dragging and dropping files on the document uploader.
The Office Live Workspace event list date and calendar view showcases the ability to create and manage schedules.

Home — the first page users see after signing into Office Live Small Business — is a complete dashboard for you to manage your online services. From Home, you can access all the primary services, including Web site design, e-mail, traffic reporting and additional services, and navigate easily among these services. A useful new feature is a Reports tool gadget that shows you at a glance the number of unique visitors and page views for the current week and the previous two weeks, and how traffic has been affected by the service’s sales and marketing features (including e-mail or search marketing campaigns).
In this release, Contact Manager is now included free to all customers and is the foundation of customer marketing. The improved user interface enables you to find and add contacts more efficiently and provides integration with E-mail Marketing beta, an improved Web site Contact Us module that automatically adds site visitors into the Contact Manager tool and automatically lists all e-mail marketing campaigns in the recent activities list for each contact.
With Team Workspace, you can use the Web to post documents and information you’d like to access remotely or share with customers, employees or business partners in a password-protected environment — without the hassle and version-control issues that arise when collaboration of this kind is managed over e-mail or with hard copies and handwritten edits. In this release, Team Workspace is included free to all customers.

By keeping documents easily accessible, you can help ensure your team has access to the most up-to-date information on the business.
The Page Editor tool allows you to customize any single page within your Office Live Small Business Web site. You can change the layout and navigation, as well as place customized modules that insert pre-designed blocks of content, such as maps and directions, stocks and weather.
Once you’ve finished updating your site with Page Editor or Site Designer, simply click Save and the finished page is ready to view. It’s as easy as using a word-processing program.
Putting products online opens a world of sales opportunities for small businesses. With the Store Manager e-commerce feature, you can easily create your own fully customized online store and sell on eBay — one of the most popular and trusted online shopping sites. The ability to do both and manage sales from a single centralized console is a distinguishing feature of Office Live Small Business.
After you have set up shipping and payment methods, you can create your product catalog. Store Manager lets you create up to 10,000 products with six images each. Store Manager even allows you to bulk upload and download products, bulk upload product images, and bulk list products to each marketplace. You can also configure sales tax settings and set up payment processing using the PayPal Express Checkout service.
