Bing has announced a new feature in beta called Visual Search that allows users to easily find and filter information using images instead of text.
Yusuf Mehdi, senior vice president of the Online Audience Business at Microsoft, announces the beta of the Bing Visual Search feature at the TechCrunch50 Conference.
Microsoft Corp. commemorated the launch of its new search engine, Bing, with a nightime light show at the Seattle Space Needle. A search light beam rose from the Pacific Science Center as a symbol of the new “decision engine,” designed to help people cut through Internet clutter to make smarter, more informed decisions.
