Consent Decree Ruling: Microsoft and the U.S. Department of Justice

On January 29th, 2008, Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly issued an order extending the consent decree through November 12, 2009. The Court’s action came in response to requests by a number of States involved in the case to extend the Consent Decree by five years.
