Please click here to view the media alert for more information. Today, Microsoft announced the findings of its “Millennials and Baby Boomers Banking Channel Preference” survey. The survey was conducted Aug. 23–30, and garnered responses from more than 600 adult millennials between the ages of 18 and 29 and baby boomers between the ages of 45 and 63. The findings show the differences in trust levels toward financial institutions and how the differences in the use of banking channels will be important as banks work to retain and expand existing household relationships and attract new customer households.
