Use the Works 9 Calendar to manage, share and import calendars
You're busy, and summer can really mess with your schedule: swim parties, doctor's appointments, family outings; the list goes on and on. Did you know you can manage multiple schedules with the Works 9 Calendar? You can track up to 32 individual calendars, share appointments with other members of the household, or view all appointments together in one calendar! Each calendar can have its own color code to make tracking your household schedule even easier. And you can even import calendars from other calendar programs.
Need to have a calendar for each person in your household?
  1. Open the Works Calendar.
  2. On the File menu, click Add New Calendar.
  3. Enter the title of the calendar, for example “Paul's Calendar”.
  4. Click New to enter appointments.
Want to change the color for a calendar?

  1. Open the Works Calendar.
  2. On the Edit menu click Options.
  3. Select the Manage Calendars tab.
  4. Click the color you want to change.
Need to find a night that everyone is free for an activity, like going to a ballgame? The Works Calendar has taken care of that also.
  1. Open the Works Calendar
  2. Click View Together to see everyone's calendar items on the same page.
  3. Check the box of each calendar you want to view.
  4. Find an open date!
Now how about that ballgame? Now you can import calendars from other calendar programs. We downloaded a Seattle Mariners schedule from http://www.icalshare.com.
  1. Download and save the calendar on your computer. Don't forget where you put it!
  2. On the File menu, click Import.
    1. Select the file you want to import.
    2. Choose the calendar to which you want to import the items.
It's as easy as that. With just a few clicks you can see which nights everyone is free to go to the ballgame. Of course now you've got one more thing to add to your to-do list -- buy tickets to the game!
